Stand up straight and place the measuring tape around your chest at nipple level. Wrap it under your armpits and across your shoulder blades. This measurement represents the widest part of your chest.
Please take two measurements:
Over-Chest: Measure around the fullest part of the chest, following the instructions above.
Under-Chest: Measure around the chest just below the bust, where a bra band typically sits.

Measure around the widest part of your abdomen, usually at belly-button level. Keep the measuring tape straight and level all the way around.
Important: Do not suck in your stomach, as this will result in an inaccurate measurement.

Measure vertically from the point where the back of the shirt meets the collar seam down to your desired jacket length. For most jackets, this measurement typically extends from the base of the neck to the top of the seat.
Tip: Stand upright and keep the measuring tape straight to ensure an accurate measurement.

Measure across the top of your back from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Allow the measuring tape to follow the natural curve of your upper back rather than pulling it perfectly straight.
Tip: If you’re unsure where your shoulder tips are located, measure between the shoulder seams of a well-fitting shirt or jacket for a reliable reference.

Keep your arm relaxed at your side and measure from where the shoulder seam meets the top of your arm down to your desired length. Typically, this is at the base of your thumb where it meets your wrist.
Measure around your neck where your collar would sit. If you’re unsure of the exact spot, wear a well-fitting shirt to guide you.
Measure around the broadest Part of the Hip , Circumference.

Measure around your waist at the height where you prefer to wear your pants, which may be different from your natural waist. Keep the tape snug but not too tight. If you’re unsure, wear a pair of well-fitting trousers and measure around the waistband where they sit.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat (bum). Stand with your feet hip-width apart, ensuring your pockets are empty and the tape is level and untwisted. The tape should be snug but not tight—you should just barely feel it against your body.

Measure vertically from the top of where you want your trouser waist to sit, down along the side seam to your desired length. This is usually about 3 cm above the ground. For accuracy, you can wear a pair of trousers that fit well and/or the shoes you plan to wear with the suit.

Measure around the widest part of your thigh, which is usually near the top of the inseam but may be slightly lower depending on your body shape. Keep the tape snug but not too tight.
